Tenth Computing Education Practice (CEP) Conference 2026
CEP 2026 is the tenth conference in computing education practice. CEP provides an opportunity to discuss with like-minded people the challenges and opportunities that face us, and how these are changing. As well as a platform for presenting, exploring and sharing ideas and new approaches there will also be opportunities for focused discussion on the topics raised. CEP is aimed at practitioners and researchers in computing education, both within Computing departments and elsewhere. The conference provides a platform to share and discuss innovations and developments in the practice of computing education.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Practice papers of no more than 4 double-column pages, including the bibliography. Papers should allow us to: understand the reported practice; appreciate its strength and significance; contain sufficient detail to permit questioning and reproduction.
- Workshop proposals to take place at CEP on the day of the conference (one or two hours), or on the day before (more than two hours)

Publication
CEP 2026 proceedings will be published in ACM ICPS, provided the presenter registers for and attends the conference. All ACM ICPS publications, including CEP, now use an open access publishing model. See below for more details.

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a full geographic waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library.
