CIREDU XII 2025: Congreso de Innovación Científica y Sostenibilidad Universidad Yachay Tech Urcuquí, Ecuador, November 25-27, 2025

The CIREDU XII Congress aims to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge, technological innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration through dialogue among researchers regarding local and global challenges related to innovation and sustainability. Its purpose is to drive innovative solutions in the fields of energy, technology, life sciences, and sustainable territorial development, thereby contributing to the building of resilient, inclusive, and environmentally responsible societies.

Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Oral presentations: Oral presentations must be submitted by providing an abstract following the official Congress format (maximum 300 words, Times New Roman font size 11, with title in uppercase and centered). The abstract should be structured into the sections Objective, Methodology, Results, Main Conclusions, and Keywords, according to the established model. Only one author may be listed as the primary presenter (underlined and in bold), and the full affiliation of all authors as well as the email address of the corresponding author must be included. Accepted papers will be presented orally during the thematic sessions defined by the Scientific Committee.
• Posters: Participants presenting posters must submit a summary (abstract) of their contribution and, additionally, follow the specific instructions for poster design.Within these instructions is the link to download the official poster template in PowerPoint (PPT).

Venue

The conference will be held in Yachay Tech, Urcuqui, Imbabura.
