Information Communication and Signal Processing have become essential technologies in our daily lives. Communication systems worldwide have enabled a rapidly growing and useful range of services and are continuing to evolve using a multitude of signal processing techniques. The applications of signal processing are vast and interdisciplinary, ranging from engineering to economics, astronomy to biology, and even entertainment. The research in areas such as signal coding, de-noising, cognitive radio, and IoT have paved the path for these advancements. In the recent decade, major revolutions in communication and processing of digital media have occurred. As a consequence, solutions to major problems in processing, transmission, and reception have made signal processing an integral part of modern electronic and communication systems. Communication technology plays a major role in the efficient exchange of ideas and information, which has become increasingly important in our fast-paced world.
The International Conference on Information Communication and Signal Processing (ICICSP) was initiated in 2018 to provide a platform for researchers, academics, and professionals to exchange ideas and experiences in this field. ICICSP has been successfully held in various locations, including Singapore (2018, Nanyang Technological University), Weihai (2019, Shandong University (Weihai), China), a fully virtual conference in 2020 (due to COVID-19), Shanghai (2021), Shenzhen (2022), and Xi'an (2023). With each conference, ICICSP attracts an increasing number of participants from around the world, facilitating the dissemination of the latest research results and promoting collaboration among researchers in this field.
The 7th International Conference on Information Communication and Signal Processing (ICICSP 2024) will be held in Zhoushan, China on September 21-23, 2024. The conference is co-sponsored by Zhejiang University (China), hosted by Ocean College (Zhejiang University).
Submission Guidelines
The Conference Organizing Committee warmly invites and welcomes you to participate ICICSP or ICICSP-Special Sessions to share the valuable experiences with the scientists from the world. The conference will deliver on brilliant keynote speeches and special sessions given and organized by international experts on smart grid evolution.
The submitted papers should be 5 pages at least including, tables, figures and references (if exceeds 5 pages, the cost of each extra page is 70 USD or 450 RMB will be charged), in English and using the Conference Template, through the submission portal:
http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icicsp2024. Note: If an author doesn't have an Eashychair account, you need to create an account first. Then, log in with the created account. Then, click on the "Submit" sign.
To submit manuscripts to ICICSP-Special Sessions, please visit: http://www.icsp.org/session.html
The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts selected by the Technical Committee for their demonstrated knowledge of particular topics. Authors will be notified of the review results by email around notification date.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (which have not submitted or published or are not under consideration elsewhere) in PDF format.
See Conference Policy here
By submitting a paper to ICICSP, the authors agree to the review process and understand that the submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Technical Chairs, who will review the submitted manuscript and will provide comments for the authors.
If the submitted manuscripts are recommended by the reviewers to be accepted for publication in the conference proceedings, the authors need to submit the revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account the reviewers' feedback. The revised manuscripts The final version will be checked by the reviewers or the Technical Chairs of the conference to ensure that the critical comments are addressed and the recommended changes are made. In addition, the final version will fundamentally correspond in length and contents to the submitted manuscript, except for parts that might be added or modified to comply with the reviewers' suggestions. It is considered unethical to shorten or otherwise alter the final version in ways that make it different from what has been approved by the reviewers.
ICICSP will take every possible effort in conducting a rigorous and fair reviewing of the submitted manuscripts to only accept the high-quality submissions and to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
Research Misconduct
ICICSP is intolerant of plagiarism. The submitted manuscripts are expected to contain only the original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the responsibility of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also contributions of the published results / techniques based on which their work has been built up. Reviewers will make sure these standards are met.
If through the review process or after that, a manuscript is found to commit an act of plagiarism or research misconduct, the following actions will be taken:1. The submitted manuscript will be rejected and removed from the conference proceedings.2. The corresponding author(s) may be reported to their affiliated institution(s), research funding agency.3. The conference reserves the right to publish the corresponding authors' name and affiliation and the title of the paper along with the details of the misconduct on the conference webpage.
Double Submissions
By submitting a manuscript to ICICSP, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in a substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to ICICSP. As a rule of thumb, the ICICSP submission should contain no more than 20% of material from previous publications including authors' previous works. Violation of these conditions will lead to the rejection of the submitted manuscripts.
