A Review of Website Phishing Attack Detection Methods

Abstract

Phishing is a type of Cyber attack that uses fake sites to take sensitive client data. for example, Account login certifications, credit card numbers, phishing sites for commonly entry points of online social engineering attack, including numerous ongoing on the web scams. In this paper, a review of website phishing attack detection methods discussed the various studies which were used to detect phishing attack. The classification methods, different approaches to detect phishing attack and the obtained result of the studies are discussed briefly.
