With the help of public and private sectors, governments are encouraging organizations for interoperability to store and process data from a central location that further enhances decision-making. This fastest-Growing data is turning into big data. The tools used to study and analyze big data at great speed and accuracy are known as big data analytic. These big datasets can be text/audio/video/picture, etc. As the use of e-governance datasets are increasing, the citizens expect to analyze and process datasets at greater speed and accuracy. This paper shows the relationship between e-governance and big data, its implementation around the globe, initiatives taken by India to establish e-governance, and some challenges in implementing big data with e-governance projects.
